Luca Penati

Luca Penati (above), a former senior executive at Ogilvy has joined Weber Shandwick as General Manager of its San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices. He spent 9 years at Ogilvy, mostly as Global Managing Director of Ogilvy's technology practice.

Most recently, Penati was Managing Director of Content and Social at Ogilvy West and headed up content marketing for key clients. At Weber he will also be the Western lead for Mediaco, Weber's content marketing business.

(Below, I'm glad to see Mediaco is using my tag line: "Every Company is a Media Company.")
