By Tom Foremski - July 24, 2007 &uot
I was at MashUp Camp recently and ran into Plaxo, the online contacts startup. The company demonstrated Pulse, which seems very similar to FaceBook. Foremski's Take: Every "Web 2.0" company has to do their own version of FaceBook otherwise they risk being replaced by FaceBook. Hey it's really cool to see all these online communities popping up like mushrooms all over cyberspace. I am a big fan of the zYB service which is quite similar to plaxo, mobical, mobyko, etc. I have also read on their blog: http://blog.zyb.com/ that they will be coming up with a social network pretty soon as well and the pics look amazing, can't wait to try it out
